Alan Majewski, Chief Financial Officer, manages the day-to-day and long-term operational and financial responsibilities for Noramco. Before joining the company in September of 2017, Alan served as the Executive Vice President of Nippon Steel and Sumitomo Metal Corporation’s Standard Steel subsidiary, where he held broad operational and financial responsibilities. Alan previously served as Standard Steel’s Chief Financial Officer, where he successfully guided the Company through two private equity ownership cycles. In 2011, he managed the sale of Standard Steel to Sumitomo Metal Industries and Sumitomo Corporation. Alan began his career in the PricewaterhouseCoopers Pittsburgh audit practice from 1994-1999. He received an Alumni Achievement Award from The Pennsylvania State University I 2007, and in 2006 was awarded “CFO of the Year” by the Pittsburgh Business Times in the large private company category. Alan holds an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business Administration, and a B.S. in Accounting from Grove City College.
